I met with the Nursery class at Front Street Community Primary to find out what might help the children to be more mindful. I tried out various exercises from Dance, Drama and Shiatsu. We tried and tested which activities worked with children and which helped them to be focussed on their body, breath and thoughts. It's also a great way to stretch and have fun.
