Whole Class Activities

These whole class daily activities last 15 minutes and build up over the six weeks to give the children, through repetition, the chance to practice and acquire the skills of Being Mindful. This can help with concentration, emotional regulation and well-being.

I follow on from week 1 by repeating and building on from some of the activities. Have a look through the whole program at the bottom of the page and follow, it week by week, or pick and choose what you think will work for you

BOB DOG

This  video helps to explain what happens when the limbic/emotional brain takes over the rational/thinking brain and you get overwhelmed by strong feelings.
