Pupils talk about the impact of doing the classroom mindfulness activities and in the Forest
These whole class daily activities last 15 minutes and build up over the six weeks to give the children, through repetition, the chance to practice and acquire the skills of Being Mindful. This can help with concentration, emotional regulation and well-being.
